White Glove service poor. Scooter was not put together properly. The levers to allow the scooter to go forward and backward work the opposite of every other scooter I have owned. The battery charger is in the yellow area yet when I try to charge the charger says it is charged and shows a green light.

Spitfire EX 4-Wheel: Review
Easy to function, swivel seat
The steering set up could be a bit stronger built. Also, the tires should be rubber.

So convenient and so easy to use.
This breaks down into easy-to-lift sections so I can load and unload it quickly and with little effort. I have arthritis in my hands, but have no trouble breaking it down or putting it together.
I would love a little cup holder, but believe me, it's awesome without it.

Stopped working. Only had it 3 MONTHS and is only used 1 or...
I was happy when I first got it, BUT I only use it 1-2 times a week and after 3 1/2 months it stopped working and I don't know why. And it makes me VERY upset because the only repair place is 35 miles away and costs $50 just to walk it in the door!!
Only lasted 3 1/2 Months! Too expensive IF only going to work a few months. Also the book does NOT have good instructions or pictures of how to get the seat on. It doesn't even show all the parts that are hooked onto seat and where they belong!! I CONSTANTLY give out your website to strangers that approach me, and have done this for the past 5 years! But I' not happy now!!

Hip surgery, 80+ years, need help going any distance.
Easy to take apart and put in the car.
The ease of taking it apart and putting in the car. Putting it together is also easy. Since we do travel we were looking for something that would be easy for me to handle as I'm the person who puts it together and takes it apart. My husband likes the speed variations and that it can travel longer distances than his old scooter.
I do have concerns about the seat. It's not as well padded as his old scooter and I'm afraid that in the not to distant future, it will start to rip. The armrests already show slight scratches that have come from just being packed in the car.

My husband is 74 years old and suffers from COPD and muscle weakness in his lower extremities.
Very stable on rougher terrain and attractive.
Power and battery life.
My wife does not have a lot of strength and I am in a wheelchair fulltime. She had a tough time getting the back wheel piece and then the battery to click in well enough. The lite kept blinking and she had to take it apart and redo it several times. Guess there is not an easy way to lock them in place without some strength. Once ready to go it worked just great and we are very pleased with it. Went up some pretty good hills with ease. Has the power. Thanks.

This was for my wife to use.
Great value
Very mobile and powerful enough to negotiate our sloped driveway
The product at this point has no weaknesses, taking it for a real tryout this month. I do have to say the free cup holder was worthless with this unit (not units fault)
