Easy ability for me to better interact with family and friends. I don't feel like burden or left out on social events.

Battery life. I recently was in Orlando Florida and visited one of the parks and because of the crowds, the consistant stoping and going the fully charged battery only lasted about 61/2 to 7 hours. I had to sit and recharge the battery for about an hour before I was able to make my way back to our vehicle.

Excellent maneuverability. The seat is definitly an upgrade, very adjustable to anyone's size. The price is unbeatable for the quality product. I am not disabled,but I had pain with standing or walking for longer periods which prevented me from enjoying life to the fullest. This scooter is not just for those who cannot walk, it is for anyone who finds themselves not going places they want to because they know their legs will hurt afterwards. I can take it to the home improvement stores and actually spend hours looking for products for a remodeling project. Before I would have sent my spouse or the contractor and would have been dissatisfied.

I wish it had a little more power on hills.

The very misleading advertising that claims 15 miles to a single charge. In trying to get a reasonable explanation of that claim, I was led to believe that in order to prove or disprove it, I would have to be a certain weight, use minimum speed, set out on a 15 mile journey on a perfectly smooth road surface which is sheer nonsense. The ride is very hard, thin seat cushion, basket far too small. horn beeper practically no volume, and from my own personal view esthetically a real ugly duckling. The least they could do was to put a little color in its design, with some chrome wheels to compete with other model scooters in that price range.

its small, easy to store and very easy to take apart for moving or hauling from one place to another.

the small wheels are a problem in grass, sand or off a hard surface.
