Great convenience features, but frame is loose and rattles.
The desk arms allow my Dad to pull right up to the dinner table, which is a big plus for our family. The fold-down back and swing away foot rests make it easy to fit in the small cargo area of my minivan. It is lightweight, so lifting it does not tax my fragile low back. The seat material is strong and lightly cushioned, not just a piece of fabric like most wheelchair seats. Also, the length of the foot rests can be adjusted.
In every place that this chair is adjustable--folding back, swing away foot rests, foot rest length--the parts are loose. I can hold the push-handles and rattle them around because the mechanism that keeps the back upright is so flimsy. This is the part of our last wheelchair that broke first--after seven years--so I am not confident that this chair will last very long at all. Almost daily, I have to tighten the screw that holds the foot rests at the proper length and angle.

It's much easier to slide in and out rather than having to lift the patients in and out of a regular chair.
They should come in narrower widths. This one size fits all means that the seat is too wide for my small-framed father. We have to put cushions on the side to make sure he doesn't lean too much.

Father is 97 years old and it is difficult to get him out of bed and onto the toilet. With the removable arms, it really makes it easier.
Seems well made, better than some other aluminum chairs...
