Overall, I am enjoying my new freedom!

3.8 / 5
Strengths:

Strengths are - it is fairly comfortable and manuevers easily. I feel secure in using this scooter. I like the ease of engaging the power lever and the safety features.

Weaknesses:

Weaknesses - basket is poorly made & too small...It bends out of shape. Should have a loud horn and a beep sound when you must back up. The arms get torn up easily because of width. The seat is difficult to disassemble. I beleive the charger system should be able to be recharged from the car, rather than a disabled person have to take it in the house, should they only need it for use outside the house. The lift would serve the user better if the product could be lifed in the csr without disassembly. I really thought from the product information & the sales rep that the lift "lifted" the scooter in one piece. Then, after receiving everything, I found out there is a better lift available with a moving base, which I would have preferred.

Strengths:

The weight ranges listed on the different models was very helpful in determining which model to purchase. This model is able to handle all the functions that were once difficult to perform by the user. User can now negotiate the yard and hills around his home. After two or three times the product is very easy to breakdown or set up. Highly recommend this product.

Weaknesses:

No cup holder.
