Overall, satisfied with the lift chair.
The controls; able to lower and raise back and footrest individually. When there is power outage, which is often in PR, I can lower the footrest.
There is no recharger.

This chair will keep Dad out of the nursing home for...
Smooth and quiet operation.
Back cushions not as comfortable for patient who is shorter or if they aren't sitting back in the seat far enough. Foot rest not long enough, feet dangle off.

This chair is used by an 85 yr. old stroke patient, male, and with limited ability to walk. He can transfer with assistance.
comfortable and attractive
The infinite position and separate foot rest controls allow me to alter positions which increases comfort after sitting a while.
When I have hip replacement, I will need to keep my knees below my hip so it would be nice to use the foot rest with the chair in the upright sitting position.
