Well built, with quality workmanship throughout.

I believe the headrest cover and the arm rest covers could be a little larger. But other than that there is no other weaknesses that I have found.

Good company support. Well built product - sturdy and works well.

The chair fabric has an unpleasant chemical odor to it that gets on your clothes. Maybe it is a stain resistant treatment? It has been several weeks and still smells.
