the not too tall back is comfortable and makes the chair look like a regular chair when down. the tv button on the remote. the ZG feature.
like all such chairs, lowering the feet to get out of chair takes a long time when someone is at the door, for instance.

Excellent, confortable chair.
Quality construction. Helps user become more independent so family doesn't have to help readjust. Easy to understand and use the controls. Beautiful piece of furniture. Heat and massage are great features, glad we upgraded.

My mother had a stroke almost 2 years ago. This chair is wonderful! She was so uncomfortable using a wheelchair as a seat. This was a perfect fit.
