Good lightweight transport
Lightweight, easy to use

Have peripheral neuropathy, and no balance. Use the expedition when I am going long distances on smooth surfaces when is too far for me to walk.
Lightweight Expedition w/12" Rear Wheels: Review
Lightweight, large wheels in the back, adjustable belt.
The hubcap broke on day one, the foot rest slides down a bit and when in motion the front wheel catches and won't move. Aluminum needs to be lighter weight and sturdier metal for the chair.

82 year old, 140ish pound, who lives in a walk up. It is light weight to carry up and down a walk up of two flights.
Overall good product
Fits into standard doorway, easy to maneuver.
Brake lock only works when handle is squeezed, therefore there is no brake lock if attendant has to open a door, etc. There should be a lever on the handle to lock the brakes if the attendant has to leave, otherwise its putting the person in the chair at risk.

The user is a male, 69 years old. Suffering from diabetes, kidney failure and congestive heart failure. After last hospital confinement very weak.
Somewhat satisfied. Hard to push.
Easy for me to fold and get into car.
Seat is too narrow for big men but weight limit is 350. Tough to push.

My husband uses the transport chair with the 12" rear wheels. He is a 6 ft man who weighs 250 lbs. we use it for getting to the car.
Well constructed. Much heavier than anticipated.
I would not call the chair "Lightweight." Good on wood floors.
Weight.

70 year old woman who can't walk due to need of hip two replacements, she has COPD and diabetes so there will be no replacement surgery.
Needs a locking brake.
Small enough to fit through doorways, light enough for me to handle.
The lack of locking hand breaks.

My 96 year old mother has great difficulty walking. I use the chair to take her every where in the house.
Very good product.
Very good - light enough to put in car. The big wheel help me move it easily.
Foot paddle has been my biggest problem. It does not stay up like it should.

User is 73 years old. Had a stroke and cannot stand or walk without help.
Good choice for occasional transportation especially...
Lighter weight & less awkward for caregiver to maneuver, especially lifting into/out of vehicles. Larger rear wheels easier to enable going over thresholds, etc.
No self brake and user cannot easily maneuver himself.

Bought for 82 yo husband who has difficulty walking any distance, and needs transport help. Regular w/c is too heavy & awkward for me to lift.

The only draw back on this chair are the hand brakes, they don't work worth a darn, no way to support the chair if you have to help someone up.

It's mainly for my wife, she has some muscle problems.
