More comfortable to sit in than a wheelchair.
Durable construction, two brake stations, narrower than a wheelchair, easier to get through doors.
Have not found any.

Arrived damaged. Unable to use.
Don't know, couldn't use it. Return seems to have gone smoothly, but I haven't had acknowledgement of receipt from sender or news on credit to my account.
Confusion about delivery. Received emails that it was sent when it was not. Package was ripped open and dented when it arrived. One wheel was crushed, the arm rest was ripped. It was not usable for the trip for which I purchased.
