Great looking
East to use remote
Perhaps have a pocket for the remote that is on the armrest. My father finds it difficult to reach down and get the remote.

End user is my 89 yr old father. He has Parkinsons and dementia and knee problems.
It is a boon to anyone with limited mobility.
Comfortable, attractive, simple to operate, and effective.
This model doesn't swivel -- my husband's only complaint.

Extremely quiet, smooth operation
We personally need to have the operational functions on the left side of the chair - this may be an optional feature, I'm not sure.

77 year old stroke victim with limited use of right leg; no use of right arm.
great recliner from sitting to sleeping
I like the remote control action. it reclines so you can sleep or sits you up to almost a standing position
the frame is not as strong as I would like it to be. especially the arms. the arms can't be pulled on when moving this chair, but not that you should. however that area needs to be stronger, especially if the user sits on the arm accidentally due to not realizing that they are not in the center of the seat.

The instructions were confusing because they were generic. Customers would be better served if instructions appropriate to the specific MODEL were included.
