Great service!
This is the fourth chair I personally have bought... two for myself and two for others. Have recommened it to other PPS ers and they have purchased the same chair from you. They too were very pleased!! The heat and the ability to adjust it as little as a quarter inch is what I like the best.... sometimes that's all it takes to relieve the pain. This time I got the olive padded suede, was very nervous ordering it, but am very pleased with the look. It's beautiful!!
None that I have ever noticed!

PPS for many years.. have been sleeping in a chair for about 5 years now. Love my lift chair@@
Nice product, loose pillows somewhat annoying.
Smooth, quiet opperation. Good looking.
Loose back pillows are a minor annoyance when setting to full reclining position.

She loves her new chair and it meets her needs.
Great massage and heat features. The battery backup is very important so she can get off the chair if electricity goes out. The chair is extremely comfortable and color was perfect for her decor.

My Mom is 81 years old and in poor physical health. She uses a walker and has trouble getting up from chairs. She also must keep her feet elevated t
Much easier on the caregiver's back.
The lift to get up from the chair is the best strength. Being able to fully recline the patient when he tires of sitting up. Comfort.
Sorry I didn't order the foot rest extention. It doesn't extend far enough out to support the feet completely. I didn't know about the extention or that we would need one. One suggestion-give the measurement of the seat depth to the end of the footrest. This would have helped to get a better fit. If a person has long legs, the feet hang over the end of the foot rest.

My father is the user (75 years old). He has poor balance and very weak legs. He has trouble getting out of an ordinary chair.
Did not like at first, adjusted and love it.
The high back. Soft, puffy head cushion. Fabric is soft and comfortable. Color choices. Large winged armrests. Remote control easy to use.
Would prefer head cushion moveable. I have weak neck and it needs better support. I have to add a pillow there. Foot rest extender would be appreciated. It took me awhile to get accustom to my chair. I did not like that my ankles hung over and my calves fell asleep from pressuer of divider, but once my body adjusted to the seat and I made my nest, my legs adjusted and fit better, but availability of an extender would be more comfortable. Would like cushion or protector to cover the back and especially the seat to protect from soiling and wear because of extensive use. I live in the chair, almost literally!
