The one good thing about the chair is its light weight. There was a bad wheel on the first chair sent, so another chair was sent which had a faulty brake assembly. I took a wheel off #2 and put it on #1 to get a usable chair. #2 was returned. All of this took about two weeks before I had a usable chair.
