Just an extra cushion in case the better one fails. It is a well-made cushion with good resilient foam. Soft, but firm with some abductor positing.

This chair works very well for transport.
The strength is the weight. It is easy to put in the car and easy to remove. It is easy to put together for transport.
You cannot take the patient for a walk in it as sidewalks are not smooth enough.
