I wish the footrest would raise higher.
I love the fact that it will lay out flat. My father-in-law really likes mine compared to his. I have sat in his and it is like sitting on a wooden box with fabric on it. He says, and I agree, this is much more comfortable.
The only weakness I can think of is that I wish the footrest would raise higher, as it is my feet are level with my hips if I do not use a pillow.

I am in my early 50's and have RSD. I have a drop foot and other issues along with the RSD and have to use a walker to walk.
A bargain and a great product

Wobbly arms

70 yr. old partially disabled. Love chair and all positions. Only one complaint. White glove service which I paid for didn't level chair and arms of c
The vinyl is very soft and chair is very comfortable.
The comfort.
The remote is a little difficult for an elderly person because there is a button that you have to use to get the foot recliner to move and then you have to slide button to other side for the lift and recliner to function.

My father, age 87 who suffered a stroke and has no use of arm and leg on left side.
It's a comfortable chair. Love the massage feature.
The massage, the lift.
The remote could be a little easier to read.

I bought this chair for my 80 year old mom, who wasn't walking. Unfortunately, she never got out of bed to enjoy this chair. She passed away.

Mega Motion LC-100 Infinite Position: Review
Quality product. Well built. Handsome.
User slipped off chair to floor -- vinyl covering very slippery.

Elderly person.
Works great, especially since he is so tall.
It lifts very high and works wonderfully for someone so tall.
The buttons are not the easiest to figure out, even with the pictures on them.

My dad had a broken hip and is not doing well getting up and down.
Great chair for a reasonable price.
Fairly easy to put together and just the right size for a smaller lady.
The frame of the chair could be a bit sturdier.

The user is 78 years old. She has a small frame and fully relies on others for mobility.
Great, comfortable chair.
She loves the chair and the heat and vibration are very comforting on her bad back.
Several times she has been stranded in the chair and not able to get it to go up or down. Nurses found that by unplugging it and re-plugging it in, it worked fine.
