Ease of folding for transport in automobile. Small width facilitates passage through narrow doors. Height adjustment to allow for diminuitive stature of user.
It would be beneficial if it were to weigh a bit less.

In my 80's, knees are resenting the fact! Need assistance
Easy to get in & out of my car's back seat area.
It's lightweight, the 6" wheels turn well, esp. in grass, & it's easy to navigate through close quarters. I like the new design of the backrest & the new handles design, too. As with my previous rollator, thanks to the seat, I can go through buffet lines without help because I have my own table.
I already owned a Nova Rollator which is 6 years old. I purchased the GetGo Petite because I am short & thought I'd like the seat being lower. I also liked the idea that it was narrower thinking it would be easier to navigate through close quarters. It is, but I tend to lean over more when I walk now than I did with the regular sized Nova rollator. Not really sure why, but I'm trying hard to walk erect. It would be nice if the seat could fold up when not in use without causing the rollator to fold, then you could walk inside it instead of behind it. To make folding easier, a strap should be added that would keep the rollator securely closed. My husband made one that wraps from a bar on the back of the seat to the opposite bar & secures with velcro. Works very well.
