Ease of putting together and love the feature of the swivel seat and arms that raise.

Purchased one of these 4 years ago and the smoothness of the steering is much more fluid on that one than the new one.

Ease of use. Looks great too. Others say the front basket is to small but I do not agree. It is perfect. I added the rear basket which is also handy for packages, coats, etc.

I have lumber spondylosis, baastrup's syndrome, osteoarthritis and a left labral hip tear. So I can not walk long distances.

The scooter allows me to go places and do things I couldn't otherwise do. It manuevers easily. Love the different speeds. Fits easily in my trunk.

It is too heavy to take it in an out of the trunk, put together and take apart to go from store to store. I have trouble attaching the baskets for some reason.
