much better than another model I purchased before
This is a very sturdy transport chair and is very easy to fold and put into the trunk of the car. A chair purchased from a different manufacturer is difficult to impossible to fold and is very flimsy. The quality and materials used is far superior to what I had. The brakes are much stronger and do not slip. I have the old chair upstairs for transfers from bed to bath to stairlift and use the Go-Kart for all other activities. I feel safer and more secure in this chair and will probably buy another for upstairs when finances allow it. Removable armrests are a must for me for transfers and are difficult to find. The armrests and legrests are easy to remove and put back.
As of now, I find no weaknesses in this product. I am extremely satisfied and will recommend it to others.

I was looking for a narrow width chair in order to get through the narrow bathroom doors in our home. It also had to be strong enough for my weight.
Go-Kart W/Removable Arms: Review
I love the indented/removable armrests. Because the armrests are indented, I am able to get him up to his rimless sink in his bathroom to wash his hands as well as up to the kitchen table without having to transfer him into a kitchen chair.
I am nervous about the foot plates. I'm afraid that they are bending downward from the weight of his feet. That is the only thing that I wish were a little more sturdier built.

I have a 10 year old son with CP who this chair was bought for. We use this chair in our home for his transport through out our home.
Go-Kart W/Removable Arms: Review
She really likes the support of the back of this Transport Chair and is able to sit for extended amounts of time when the foot rests are raised. The Caregiver appreciates the convenience and weight of this chair and finds it very easy to work with when loading and unloading.
None at this time. It has not been used for much except sitting at the kitchen table with legs raised.

User is 78 years old and weighs 240 with walking disablities. She is comfortable in a regular chair for maybe 1/2 hour to 45 minutes then has to move
Go-Kart W/Removable Arms: Review
light weight, collapses easily for travelling
The brakes work well for about 1 week then reinforcing the brake is necessary to secure non movement. The adjustable leg supports fall easily with any bumps while moving
