Our moms both love their chairs.
Its size and the style of the arms.
Could use a heat option.

We've bought three chairs--one for senior mom in FL, one after we moved to WA, and one for mom with rheumatoid arthritis.
Totally satisfied.
Does not dominate the room.
Need matching material to make a pillow/headrest.

92-year old woman with injured hip.
Comfortable chair without looking like a recliner.
It helps my mother both get out of AND into the chair--never considered the "getting into" part. It rises to meet her so it's not as big of a drop when her muscles give up lowering herself into it.
None. It's a beautiful chair, big, and provides just the right amount of support. Mom's pressure sores from her previous chair healed right up. It even fit through a narrow bedroom door. She loves it. Excellent product.

Perfect size for petite people.
Style, & the fimness of the cushions.
Need to include headrest covers.

My mother is 83, & has Parkinson's Disease, & this chair is very helpful for her.
I am petite and so ordered the petite, but it does not fit...
It fits well in a room and the seat is comfortable.
The sizing.

I am 66 years of age and have been in a wheelchair for 6 years. I cannot walk or stand.
wondeful chair, great price, good quality
So far the quality is excellent. The color of the fabric is important since you are incorporating it in your house. Ease of use, as well as assembly is perfect.
The arms are not as sturdy as I had hoped. I worry about them breaking. The gap between the chair and foot rest is uncomfortable, but not impossible. I wish that I could raise the footrest without having the back of the chair go down, and vice versa.
