Works great!
I had a sore from shearing for almost 10 years. It was like a patch of dry skin. It opened up this year and I was seeing a wound doctor once a week. I ordered the cushion and it cleared up within a week. Even the dry patch.
None.

64 year old T-11/12 SCI who has been injured for 28 years. Just recovered from my second stage 4 pressure sore in 2 years over Ischial.

This cushion has helped to prevent pressure sores for my son. He finds the cushion to be more comfortable than the gel type cushion that originally came with the chair. The inflatable design allows for better weight distribution.
Due to the design of the cushion, the washable cover is not water/fluid proof. If sticky drink are spilled onto the cushion and not cleaned immediately, the inflatable fingers can stick together. Care must be used when cleaning so that the cushion will not tear.

Sixteen yo son with cerebral palsy. Uses a wheelchair for mobility.
comfort exceeds my expectations - I think it is great.
I was using a Jay contoured eeat with fluid gel in the rear. That is a very good pad but I was still experiencing periods of pain in my glutes from sitting. The Roho pad has almost completely relieved this problem due to the superior pressure distribution. I also think the contoured shape contributes to stability and comfort.
It came with a lot of warnings about leaks and requirements for special care in handling. I am not taking this one on trips or to the beach - I am afraid it is not that rugged.

Product is very impressive.
Cushion design provides evenly distributed support over entire sitting area, eliminating pressure points very well. Cushion can also be customized for individual's preference of firmness.
Cushion is expensive, but probably not out of line considering the complexity of its design, and its effectiveness.

We purchased this cushion for my father-in-law (80), who had his colon removed, in hopes that he would sit up more during the day
This product is very unique and it works
My father who has the contour select cushion was just seen by the doctor. His pressure ulcer is healing slowly. He has had the ulcer for over a year and one month after receiving the cushion, there has been progress in the wound healing process. The contour profile of the cushion has improved his sitting position in the wheel chair. I highly recommend this product.
A bit pricey but it works. We have only had the cushion for about 5 weeks so I cannot address its durability.

Cushion does the job!

Correct inflation is a bit subjective - I'm not always sure that I've got the right level of inflation and the right degree of "give" for the user.
