The ease of pushing a button to bring the scooter up and to bring it down. It was very difficult and time consuming for my husband to take it in and out of our van before we got this lift. I spent a lot of time waiting in the car for him, so he wouldnt have to go through the process of taking it in and out!

The only problem is the wobbling inside the van which makes it noisy. We are trying to figure out a way to solve this issue.

It is made of high quality products and has been very thoughtfully put together so it is easy to use even if you have physical limitations.

I feel there should be a way to either hang the controller so it is more accessible to user or have a longer cord.

Allows me the freedom to enjoy shopping by myself without help with my scooter. It is easy to use.

The only weakness is the rattling when going over rough roads. We are trying to figure out how to lessen this.
