I've had several.
The padding is better/softer than the competition. The covering isn't as slippery when wet as the competion, which is very helpful if you're trassferring to a wheelchair.
Durability. At least in the past, the seam on the material back comode opening that covers the cushion will split in about 12-16 months. I continue to buy them anyway because it's easier for me to transfer on/off than others I've tried. More comfortable, too because of the thichnes of the padding.

I removed the padded seat and backrest on this product to combine with another with a smaller foot print to create the chair we wanted.

The bench (with suction feet) is not as stable and safe as the Guardian transfer bench we purchased 19 years ago that had screw clamps to mount to the bathtub. I purchased this bench with the hopes of using the padded cushion seat and bench section on the old frame, but they are a smaller size.
