The Go- Go makes a loud noise. A tech came and found that the anti drag wheels spin and make a loud noise as the carpet spins thease free whelling wheels. He tighten the wheel so that they cant spin so fast and make the noise. It appeares to me the little wheels should have a closer tolerance on the bearings.

User has PLS and will be using the Go-Go for shopping and sight seeing trips.
I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A TRAVEL SCOOTER.
EASY TO ASSEMBLE AND DISASSEMBLE AND TO LOAD IN THE TRUNK OF MY HONDA ACCORD. WHILE NOT AS COMFORTABLE A RIDE AS A LARGER SCOOTER, IT IS COMFORTABLE ENOUGH FOR MY PURPOSES, AND I USE IT OUTDOORS BOTH FOR PLEASURE AND TO GET ABOUT.
NO WEAKNESS EXCEPT INITIALLY THE DIRECTIONS FOR INSTALLATION WERE INSUFFICIENT, FOR EXAMPLE, NOWHERE WAS I INFORMED THAT MY BATTERIES WERE NOT INTERNALLY CONNECTED BUT WAS LED TO BELIEVE THAT ALL THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE WAS CHARGE BATTERIES BY PLUGGING IN TO HOME CURRENT. PHONE CALLS TO SPINLIFE GAVE ME THE HINT THAT I NEEDED FIRST TO DISASSEMBLE THE BATTERY PACK AND MAKE THE INTERNAL CONNECTIONS MYSELF. SINCE THEN I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS OR DIFFICULTIES WITH THE SCOOTER.
