My mother feels comfortable in the chair. She is 5 ft tall and weights about 130 lbs.

I had a problem lifting the chair until I figured out how to grab hold of it to put it in the trunk of my car.

The chair is used occasionally by my mother when she is too tired to walk. My mother is 87 years old.

Plastic tires have more rolling resistance than metal, but I understand it's to keep cost down. Little piece of weld spatter was on left handwheel. Hard on hands but easy to remove.

Sturdy, easy to put in the car.

The chair has a very strong new tire smell. The first few days I left it out in our screen room to air out. It's a little better but still smells like an auto shop full of new tires. Spraying it with fabric refresher helped. It is getting better, but I have to spray it at least once a week. Is there anything we can do to get the smell out of the fabric?
