Met my expectations

Strengths:
Rolls easily; not difficult to assemble; has storage compartments; locks solidly; nice color; large wheels for easy rolling and doesn't get caught in the cracks; and cushioned seat.
Weaknesses:
Needs to have a height adjustment feature for the seat - otherwise if you are short, the seat may be too high for you.
