we were disappointed by this product. We don't know if it was damaged in shipping, but it came to us in bad shape. However, your customer service (specifically "Barb") was stellar! She was fantastic in assisting me send it back. I commend her very highly.

Very good brakes,stability, and ease of maneuverability. Easy fold.

Heavy for older female (70 years)to lift into car - but weight probably necessary for general high quality and strength of chair. Reflects weakness of human - not product!

This chair is used in a restaurant to help people from their car to the dining area.

Quality workmanship, sturdy, large back wheels were a plus, easy to push, easy to fold and store, light weight.

I was going on a cruise and did not want to miss out on activities aboard the 1,000ft long ship or on shore. I can walk short distances.

The chair is easy to put in my vehicle. It is easy to open and close and serves the purpose of what I intended it for.

My father can't get himself around in it because it doesn't have the same type of wheels as in the hospital.

The construction of the frame is excellent The seat and back are well made The wheels work well and the 12 inch wheels are easy to maneuver on carpeting. The width of this chair would allow you to wear heavy clothes and a coat in winter.
