I am a 66 year old male with Parkinsons. this chair fits me perfectly, and the price was a great savings, compared to the stores.
This chair is wonderful.
Ease of use, facilitating the patient being able to get up and down. It is very comfortable.
I wish it were heated/ and had massage but this one doesn't.

My wife just loves her chair for ease of rising and comfort.
Simple operation; ease of operation; comfort and versatility.
None that are obvious at this point in time. Key issues will be durability and long term operation without maintenance or failure; only time will tell.

seat is too firm.

63 yr old. Fibromyalgia. Back and neck problems. Need softer seat for tailbone injury. Otherwise the chair is great.
It's been a life saver for us
Ease of use. Appearance.
Needs to have something on the upper cushion, back, so that the person, when needed to roll over has something to hold on to. A person could fall out if the chair is lowered all the wall and too unstable.

Suffers from Copd, lack of mobility from spinal surgery.
Chair appears to be made well and meet most of my needs .
ease of use and quality
Chair tends to slide as you rise and sit down needs rubber stoppers. Back of chair pushes my head forward adding to neck and shoulder pain - maybe a little less padding in upper cushion would help.

Female, age 79, limited mobility-uses walker in the house, wheelchair outside home.
Specialty LC-770 Infinite Position: Review
style is modern, not "old fashioned". moves easily from upper and lower positions
remote is not intuitive and takes too long to move to position. The delivery company provided horrible service, the customer service rep was wonderful, but the delay in arriving and coordination was horrible.

78 yo petite female who suffered a massive stroke 7 months ago. right side paralysis.
Specialty LC-770 Infinite Position: Review
The separate operation of the leg rest and the reclining back. Battery back-up capability in case of an electrical outage.
The white glove delivery feature was ordered with this product. The delivery men delivered the chair inside but did not know how to operate the chair to show her how to operate it. The chair is heavy so it requires 2 healthy people to move it.

You can put the feet up without the back going down.
The remote. Would be better if features would be spelled out.
