Incontinence protection is not the best. When the cover is washed repeatedly, the top inside moisture protection deteriorates.

It was exactly what I wanted/needed, just had to return it as it was too large.

I think showing HOW to measure BEFORE ordering would have helped. I lost the 15% restocking fee AND $14. in shipping returning it. Also you should make clear Medicare will not cover gel seats.
