Unobtrusive, easy to lift and store, lightweight.
The quality of workmanship. All seams are welded. Easy to maneuver. Lightweight. Stylish and people see you before they notice the chair. The components, like the hand-brakes are so easy to use. It's also comfortable, even without a seat cushion!
Not so easy to maneuver on rough streets and sidewalks that are not maintained well. I have the solid tires, so grass isn't too bad to travel on. I'm SO new at this, I'll be getting proper training to try and overcome these issues.

Lightness in weight and very nice appearance; also very comfortable
Product arrived with wheel locks that needed major adjustments and one tire was flat and required repair at a bike shop (loose valve) which was pretty inconvenient for me to take care of by myself.

Aero X: Review
We were able to order what we thought would fit our needs.
I cannot get the right brake to hold. The hex key just does not seem to tighten the brake.

You get what you pay for.
Thank you to the consultant who helped me pick useful features that matched our needs. I paid for extras like swing away foot rests and removable arms, and they have been useful. The chair is well made and easy to maneuver.
There are very little instructions that come with the chair – assembly only. There is very little about how to use the extra features. It is a trial and error situation with the extra features.

Great wheelchair!
It's easy to use and move around in. Night and day difference between this chair and a drug store chair. I would absolutely buy another chair from TiLite and SpinLife.
None experienced yet. I rated quality with 4 stars because I haven't had it very long but it seems to be a 5 star.

The chair is very light and moves easily with spinergy...
The comfort, lightness and ease of movement of the chair are the strengths of this chair.
The only weakness I see so far is that in the next 2 to 5 years this chair will wear out and need to be replaced again.
