Easy to use, sturdy, light; does what she needs.
The sturdiness and light weight are a good combination.
Wish it could fold up, but if that feature would change the solid feel, then it wouldn't be worth it. We have very limited space to work in; it's awkward to release the suction cups, but again, I'd rather have them and it be a little awkward, than not have them and not be as solid. Safety over convenience.

A handy piece of equipment!!
This product enables me to take my daily shower, which I would not be able to do if I had to stand alone.
I have found NO weaknesses.

none. Even tho one of the sections of padding was not sealed properly, a replacement was sent immediately and resolved the problem.

my husband is a stroke survivor and used this chair daily.
Good solid product with clean lines and grey padded seat.
Nice padding with solid framework that has bracing underneath seat to keep it from breaking under the weight of my 260 lb body. Lots of adjustment holes to adjust the height of the shower seat to meet each individual needs.
Could be a bit longer and wider in seat area and have a stronger attachment for the back of the bench to prevent it from breaking if I should lean back too hard on it.

This is the best out of the bunch.
Suction cups add stability. Easier to slip shower curtain through slit. Sturdy.
Must be careful when removing bench from tub to lift the suction cups with your hand. Water got inside my last bench, and rusted a bolt.
