The Go-chair and SpinLife both are excellent, I would...
Quality and the fact that it is portable.
It's a little too low to the ground.

I have sever lower back problems that goes down both of my legs and onto my feet. I can't walk very much at all. I have a minivan, but no lift in it.
Received used battery, non-OEM charger; battery drains...
Small size
Pride had sent me scooter with a used battery and a substitute non-OEM charger. SpinLife service, though, was great in getting me replacement battery and charger. However, the scooter battery drains quickly. I charge the battery every night for at least eight hours as instructed. A short 1/2 mile ride causes the battery level to decrease. Why does the battery drain so quickly after a short trip?

Does what it says it will do
Able to transport it in car without van lift, goes in tight places such as eating places, also handy around the house
One piece is a little heavy and awkward to put together and take apart, takes a little practice to get the hang of it, otherwise very nice chair

Trouble walking
Easy to break down and reassemble. Mobility. Gets the job...
Easy to transport in trunk of a small car. Gets through tight areas like motel rooms.
Too close to ground – one more inch of ground clearance would be nice. I feel like that would make a big difference, especially in grassy areas. More battery range would also be nice.

68 years old. I am not able to walk but can transfer.
The seat is not adjustable and pitches her forward.
Portability.
We need to recline the seat a little. It's so straight that with Katrina's weak torso it tends to push her forward. Also, she says the seat is hard. We're disappointed that the seat does not adjust for comfort and doesn't really provide much room for a cushion.

It's for my wife, Katrina, who is battling MS and is wheelchair bound.

Physical disability
Ok as back up
Portability, maneuverability, cost
Seat position cannot be changed except for height. Seat seems to tilt forward too much. If the seat could be adjusted just a little the chair would be much more usable.

Over 60, 136 pounds; can't walk, can help transfer. Severe back, neck issues.
Great product, meets and exceeds my needs.
Size, quality, turning radius
Have not found any!

I have MS and this chair is wonderful in the house. The tight turning radius and small size make it a wonderful tool for me.
