75 year old male, disabled due to multiple disabilities.
Received used battery, non-OEM charger; battery drains...
Small size
Pride had sent me scooter with a used battery and a substitute non-OEM charger. SpinLife service, though, was great in getting me replacement battery and charger. However, the scooter battery drains quickly. I charge the battery every night for at least eight hours as instructed. A short 1/2 mile ride causes the battery level to decrease. Why does the battery drain so quickly after a short trip?

Elderly female with limited physical mobility
The seat is not adjustable and pitches her forward.
Portability.
We need to recline the seat a little. It's so straight that with Katrina's weak torso it tends to push her forward. Also, she says the seat is hard. We're disappointed that the seat does not adjust for comfort and doesn't really provide much room for a cushion.

It's for my wife, Katrina, who is battling MS and is wheelchair bound.
Ok as back up
Portability, maneuverability, cost
Seat position cannot be changed except for height. Seat seems to tilt forward too much. If the seat could be adjusted just a little the chair would be much more usable.

Cerebral palsy 30 yr old using for travel
Chair seems to be designed for use only inside.
Ease of disassembly, lightweight.
Too low to the ground, very little clearance.
andra b. from creswell, or (caregiver)
The chair is lightweight and east to disassemble for travel BUT it is too low to the ground, even low curb cut outs are a problem to navigate without
