Greatest chair ever
Very Sturdy
Hard to get in and out of because of the short floor board.

It is a great scooter but has it's faults for certain illness. I can't bend my knees much therefore my feet hang over the front of the floor board.
Well built, improvements made over older versions.
Able to lift scooter without body parts coming off. Important when lifted into vans or for airplane travel situations.
Distance between seat and steering pedestal is average. It could allow for more distance for ease of getting on/off the scooter.

Great product, great ride, easy to use
Well made, easy to use, very comfortable. Pride Maxima comes apart for hauling and very easy to do with no tools, 95% of the scooters do not do that. Big selling point for your heavier scooters.
The small wheels in the front to keep it from tipping over side to side is over kill. it will sometime catch if not riding a a flat surface I do not feel theses wheels are needed, more of a hazard than a help. this is a easy fix they can be taken off

I have very bad knees and when i was in Disney World I rented a Pride Maxima and was very impressed how it performed. I ran it all day and night.
I REALLY LIKE MY MAXIMA; IT HAS ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES...
I LIKE THE ADDED SPEED AND THE TIE DOWN HOOKS IN THE FRONT AND BACK. THESE PREVENT MY MAXIMA FROM BEING SCRATCHED UP OR MARRED WHEN I RIDE ACCESS-A-RIDE AND THE DRIVERS PUT ON THE RESTRAINTS. IT'S A COMFORTABLE RIDE. AND I LIKE THE ADDITIONAL LIGHTS, I.E. HAZARDS THAT BLINK WHEN I RIDE IN THE STREET ON A CLOUDY OR FOGGY DAY OR AT NIGHT; MOTORISTS CAN SEE ME. UNFORTUNATELY, THE MAXIMA DOESN'T HAVE AN ONBOARD CHARGER LIKE MY SUNDANCER AND I HAVE TO TAKE THE CHARGER WITH ME AT ALL TIMES BUT THAT'S A MINOR INCONVENIENCE THAT I CAN LIVE WITH.....BECAUSE I KNOW THAT OTHER SCOOTER HAVE OFF-BOARD CHARGERS LIKE THE CELEBRITY X. THE SIZE OF THE MAXIMA FITS ON THE BACK DOOR LIFE OF THE OLD CITY BUSES. THE NEW HYBRID BUSES ARE TOO TROUBLESOME FOR ME TO EVEN ATTEMPT TO BOARD WITH THE MAXIMA DUE TO THE WAY IT IS CONSTRUCTED. THERE IS NOT MUCH ROOM FOR MANUERABILITY BECAUSE OF THE WHEEL HUB AND THE HYBRID BUSESS IN NYC ARE POORLY DESIGNED FOR SCOOTERS.
NONE OTHER THAN THE OFF-BOARD CHARGER.

I HAVE MS....I AM 50+.
Quality of workmanship is poor compared to the Pride Legend...
Heavy duty with good power and reasonably long use time prior to need for recharging.
Seat is not adjustable for highth; distance between tiller and seat is too close for a large person to fit comfortably;carpeting was not secured to scooter, I had to glue it down. Has an off-board recharger which is inconvenient. The Legend had an on board charger.

My wife uses the vehicle when she has to go to a Doctor, shopping or out to a social event.
Turning radius is limited.
Solid feeling ride and comfortable for an extended time.
