Light weight and easy to move and store. Battery lasts quite a while.
You can't move your feet on the foot pad. They stick like Velcro. The backup alarm is not necessary. It is too loud.

Lightweight. Too heavy to put in back of car for a woman.
Name and quality. We have had three gogos and trust the name. Easy to operate.
The seat is too low and very uncomfortable. No way to lock the handlebars. Large turning radius. Too heavy for woman to lift into back of car.

Quality.
Seat is very low and uncomfortable. No way to lock the handlebars. I have driven all of my husband’s three Gogos and expected it to be more like that one. A little disappointing . Large turning radius.

Excellently engineered for weight, cost, and usability...
Lightweight, simple to use, comfortable, reliable, good ground clearance. Charging port IS on tiller.
None that wouldn't increase cost or weight to correct.
