we are very happy with your product
Being lightweight makes it much easier for my husband to proprel himself and for me to load and unload in our car
The only changes I would like to see would be the tires a lighter color and the tabs on the leg rest not quite as sharp as they are

Sturdy, lightweight, and price. Folds easily.
Locks, clamps, and mechanisms can be clunky to operate. When latching seat ALWAYS push down with palms only to avoid pinching fingers.

Sturdy, reasonably light weight, attractive
TWO DESIGN DEFECTS: (1) Transferring is difficult due to the "braking handles" which protrude upward (when in locked position)and makes sliding across them difficult. They should be reconfigured to allow full clearance --- as a person moves horizontally from a seat onto the wheelchair, or vice versa. (2) When a leg rest is swiveled aside (to allow exiting by sliding from the chair), the swiveled leg rest tangles with the adjacent front wheel, thereby preventing the chair from further positioning.

We're a church. We bought these wheelchairs to lend in time of need.
it is an improvement over the older model we used
It is light, easy to set up, and change (arms back, or off. Wheels off and on etc..). It is sleeker and easier to manage than the older model we had. The old Breezy we had was wider and a narrower chair is easier around the house and out and about. But this model does have upgrades that also make it much easier to handle. Once again I would like to commend SpinLife on their business efficiency. We were surprised when the UPS truck turned up with this chair about 4 days after putting in the order, just before the July 4 holiday.
None so far. Though we have not tried the tools yet, they are not what one would call substantial looking. However they do fit nicely in the pouch that is on the seat back.
