Good chair for using on tours, etc.
Sturdiness. Ease of use and lift.
There are hand brakes but they are not lockable.

Not the very least expensive or very lightest weight, but...
Light enough for me to put in and take out of car. Convenient hand brakes for the caregiver reduces much unnecessary effort. Large back wheels free up the range of small obstacles we can surmount.
