Good solid transport Chair that folds easily and has good...
Good looking - Black, solid, heavy duty enough to hold a big person. Handles easily when pushing someone in it. Folds for traveling and opens easily. Removable arms when needed and a large seat. I very glad I purchased this chair.
A travel bag for the back would be nice but otherwise None.

We use the chairs for new admits, transfers from car to room.
An excellant product!
First and foremost-the price. Although my mother has excellant insurance, they would not cover the cost of getting her one. After contacting eight stores in the greater Detroit area the average cost was around $450.00 (w/o delivery). We have found the chaair to be comfortable, easy to handle (in and out of the car.
The little black plastic "hub" caps, refuse to stay on. A minor point, but it is the only problem with the chair that we have found.

A great quality product.
The sturdiness for a plus-size person and the smooth "ride".
None that I have found.

This transport chair is for me, a large woman with Multiple Scleosis who cannot walk more than a few steps.
Very helpful for shot trips.
Weight limit was one reason for my selection.
None detected as yet except that this chair was received with a broken arm [left] rest and needs to be replaced.
