Works so quietly and smoothly. Makes my dad comfortable.

The chair is comfortable, relatively easy to get in and out of, and seems to be well constructed. It blends into my decor quite nicely.

I do not see any obvious problems. My husband has some difficulty using the remote, but that is his disability, not the chairs defect. I do wish I had not ordered the tall chair as it does tend to look like a throne. He is ,however, 6'4", and the foot rest does fit his long legs.

It really saves on my knees by helping me up and it is very comfortable and it is an attractive piece of furniture as well
