A great product built to perfection.
This chair is what the ads said it would be. The lift, heat, and vibrator are strong and work just perfect.
The weakness is on my part for I should had one long ago. No weakness in product.

Chair comfortable control confusing.
Very smooth during operation
Control confusing. White glove people did a great job delivering and setting up chair and checked that it was operating okay.

The infinite position chair works exactly as stated.
The chair functions correctly and actually looks like a normal recliner.
The remote is not fool-proof and takes some getting used to. It would probably be simpler for an elderly person to have one button for the leg rest and one for the back instead of the toggle switch.

The user is my 92 year old mother who has neuropathy in her legs which prevents her from sleeping with her legs level in a normal bed at night.
Everything is perfect
The many positions and especially getting out of the chair.
There are not any however it is making a squeeze and a noise when we turn it on.

A man 77, who has a lot of balance problems and falls a lot--hard for him to get in and out of a chair.
This chair is awesome.
Comfort and ease of use.
We have not found any yet.

My wife had a massive stroke a few years ago and it left her right side paralyzed. She can walk for short periods by basically dragging her right leg
Comfortable chair
The strength is that I can control how I get up. It is very comfortable.
Sometimes my control switch for vibration goes into lock position. I've been unable to use that feature. I try to unlock it but have only been successful some of the times.

I was having trouble getting up from the couch. The lift chair is wonderful. I can read with my feet up and my head back. I think you'll love it
It helps lift me out of chair.
It is comfortable to sleep in and sit in for long periods.
The control switch is confusing.

Comfortable
Remote was difficult to use. Should be two separate buttons. One for foot and one for back

Mom lived in it
Very uncomfortable chair, even with pillows and cushions.
The fabric hasn't become stained, and the motion of the chair is slow enough not to jolt the body.
She never found a comfortable position in this chair. Wish we had gone with a higher quality chair. We chose the least expensive chair, and we were very disappointed. It has been of no help for us.
