I was using a LazyBoy rocker type chair. I fell while getting out of this chair. Nurses said to change to a LIFT chair.

The strength of this product is the ease in usage and the very nice appearance

No weakness in the product that I can see but I wished I had included the heat feature, as at the age of 89 she is so often cold, and I didn't take that into consideration.

The comfort & ease of use.

The back cushion didn't seem to be the same as in the photo, it seemed a little too large. One of the reasons I ordered this particular lift chair was that it was more attractive than the others, along with the functions it offered.

This was a fabulous chair & my 90yr mother lives in it! When ever she's in pain she sits in it. The side table that goes with it is a huge advantage

Appearance, ease of use

The seat is a little bit too deep. It makes it difficult for a short person (5'6") to get all the way back. Otherwise, I wish the chair was available with an independent footrest controller.

The fabric and color choices are numerous; it's straightforward to use; it's very comfortable; it has battery backup in case the power goes out; and the size of the chair works even in a smaller room!

In our aunt's particular case, it would have been better to have a footrest control override so that she could still sit upright and yet have her legs fully elevated. This chair has a single control, and she must be partially reclined before the footrest is elevated to the fullest extent.

Our aunt is an 84 year old lady with circulation problems in her legs. She uses a walker to move about her house, and has had difficulty getting up.

I wish you could raise the foot lift without having to recline. He would like to rest his legs without reclining. He ends up asking for a footstool, which is too cumbersome in a small room.
