Unable to get up alone.. Major spine surgery, arthritis in knees & shoulders. 81 years old
Love it - it's fantastic!
Firmness - back support. Very nice looking chair. Fits in well with other living room furniture.
Lighted buttons could be a bit less bright. Hard to sleep without covering them up or hiding them in the side pocket. But then patient has a hard time finding them.

She has limited use of her right side
Comfortable handsome chair for the use intended
Solid construction, decent covering material
Back cover flap gaps in an unsightly way. Some sort of small-diameter elastic "rope" strung along the vertical sides of the back cover surely could be devised to spiff up this appearance issue.

The lighted control is easy to see.
It does not have as many positions as the chair that this one replaces.
