OK but squeaks terribly.
Great padding. Good adjustments.
It squeaks like it is going to collapse. Did not receive the estimate of replacement cushions.

the pads are water proof and good to sit on. they don't collapse when you sit on them.
would like to see it a little wider. it would be more stable.

I should have ordered the transfer bench with the suction cups on the two inner legs. Without this, it has no stability.

It works great for me.I am a T-10 complete
Fits well in my shower, Has handle bars on the sides to grab on to, to transfer. Has adjustable heights to meet your wheel chair needs.
I had to assemble the unit. It was not hard, just took me a while.

It works.

It's not deep enough. I would feel much more safer if it had about 2 more inches of depth on the seat.

useful shower chair at a good price
vinyl cover; soft padding;useful arm rest; good backrest;ability to adjust for curvature of shower floor; ability to adjust for entry from either side of shower
failure to give written instructions for changing side which will use the armrest.

excellent quality, reasonable price
secure, comfortable seating for customer....very easy to use.
While the seat is extremely comfortable, it does not drain well under a full force of water. I prefer comfort!

customer had knee surgery and was advised to use product, in tub, with hand-held shower head instead of standing in separate shower.
Affordable padded bench for those in need.
Reasonable price, good padding, can be assembled to fit your tub/shower layout.
To install the back support you need to remove four screws that also hold the seating in place. Could be a bit tricky for the mechanicly challanged.

Age 78; post-op spine surgery; using bench during 3-4 month recovery period
good product, could stand a little improvement
Well known company, good material used in product, last for a long time, at least 3 years.
Needs more bracing under padded seat where back of seat screws to frame, this would prevent the seat from sagging under body weight. I added some more bracing and no more sagging.
