Husband finds it comfortable and easy to use.
The remote control is easy to use and impopossible to lose even for dementia patient. The design is space conserving and it does not overpower the smallish livingroom.
Getting it set-up requires either two people or enough physical strength to tilt the chair on end.

My elderly husband who suffers from dementia.
Best lift chair!
The controls, a chair that is meticulously crafted and beautiful color (cranberry).
I have found no weaknesses.

80 year old with a disability. Partially disabled in walking and a nagging back.
Appropriate additional features that my previous 'chair'...
Comfortable, quiet, attractive upholstery. Looks and performs as described including the installation.
A chair cover to protect the upholstery would be nice. The chair is a little clunky, not in a major way. Not truly a weakness since the chair functions well otherwise. Need a more versatile method to secure control on left side.

Comforter PR-505 Luxe Edition: Review
Liked everything about it.
The weakness is the white glove delivery for this item. The white glove treatment for the hospital bed was much better and worth every penny. This was worth maybe $50 at the most.

Works as expected...
The size was perfect and he likes the fact that head and feet work independently. He had a different model that was a tall and wasn't independent. In his heyday he was 6'3" and the tall was too long. He would slide down in it. This one fits much better.
None.

I am 65 y/o disabled adult.
My husband loves it.
the ability to extend back to an almost horizontal position.
Too many pillowy cushions. I was hoping to use it later on in my life but I don't like the puffy head cushion. It is so puffy it pushes my head forward. The chair has to be almost horizontal for that cushion to be comfortable to me.

my husband is 6' 5" tall. He has been in constant pain from 3 bulging disks and bone infection and we had no furniture he could sit on comfortably.
Works great. Just what I needed.
TV position is a favorite. Regular sitting position makes it easy to eat a a meal.
Material. Should have upgraded fabric.
