I just replace it with the new model. The old one was 6-years old still going strong but the seat was starting to become uncomfortable. I use this chair primarily for inside and very maneuverable.

Although as of the date of this rating I have not purchased anything from Spinlife (waiting for color swatches) the customer service I received from Jaime Greer was superior. I absolutely would not hesitate recommending Spinlife to anyone just based on this one interaction. She was very pleasant and patient answering all of my questions. Spinlife does have the product I am looking for. If the color swatch matches what I need I will definitely order the item through Jaime. Thank you very mucj Jaime.
