I just replace it with the new model. The old one was 6-years old still going strong but the seat was starting to become uncomfortable. I use this chair primarily for inside and very maneuverable.

I just ordered the twilight chair for my 94 year old Dad. It’s going to take a ER a month to arrive, but we are excited to get it in August. I ordered the white glove set up and I’ve already been told who would be coming out to set it up when it arrives. I’ll post again when we get the chair.

Although as of the date of this rating I have not purchased anything from Spinlife (waiting for color swatches) the customer service I received from Jaime Greer was superior. I absolutely would not hesitate recommending Spinlife to anyone just based on this one interaction. She was very pleasant and patient answering all of my questions.
