The Supernal Hi-Low Bed by Transfer Master provides a unique sleep system that provides you with the power to adjust the bed to fit your needs and comfort. This American-made adjustable bed allows you to control your bed’s positioning from head to toe, ensuring that you get the ideal night’s sleep. The “hi-low” feature of this bed allows you to adjust the bed’s height up to 10 inches, providing easy transfer to and from your wheelchair or other mobility device. The Supernal Hi-Low Bed features a robust massage system and hidden electrical connections, finishing off the high-end feel of the system.
What Makes This Different
The Supernal Hi-Low Bed gives you complete control over your bed’s adjustments, allowing you to move the head and foot sections without hassle. The easy-to-use wireless controls are backlit, ensuring you clearly see the controls when in use. Another unique feature of the Supernal Hi-Low Bed is the Euro-style head tilt. This feature cradles the pillow and provides added comfort while you sleep. Transfer Master beds do not have brackets to attach existing headboards.
The “hi-low” feature can adjust the bed’s height by 10 inches, which adds convenience to the caregiver for any homecare needs and for when a higher height is conducive to a safer transfer. For larger, split sizes of the Supernal Hi-Low Bed, each side can be adjusted and raised to the desired height independently.

Along with the high-end standard features of the Supernal Hi-Low Bed, the mattress options available help make this luxurious system even better. This sleep system features the Ascent I and Soft Touch mattress options; both of which feature border edge protection. The Ascent I’s design has state-of-the-art progressive laminated foam, which promotes a healthy skin environment. The Soft Touch option has a cool, form-fitting memory foam core that wicks away heat and moisture while also contouring with the user’s body.
Both mattress options offer unique two unique covers: the Natural Bamboo Quilted Cover and the Stretch Fabric Cover. The Natural Bamboo Quilted Cover provides a soft, fresh sleeping environment, with antibacterial, deodorizing, breathable elements. The Stretch Fabric Cover has a waterproof, fabric-like cover that is easily cleaned and maintained.
What You Need To Know When Ordering
Our White Glove Delivery option includes the set-up of your new bed, as well as the removal of all wrapping and packaging. Your mattress and side rails may ship separately from the bed, which means that they may require their own personal set-up and will not be included under the White Glove Delivery option.

Warranty Information
1-Year Limited Warranty
Transfer Master products are warranted for a period of one (1) year and is for the original purchaser only, it cannot be transferred. Transfer Master products are warranted against manufacturer defects and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear or misuse. It also does not cover products damaged in shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the delivered goods upon arrival. Should damages exist, report it immediately to SpinLife.com and the carrier. The carrier will be responsible for repairing or replacing the product. Failure to report these damages upon delivery could result in a loss to the customer.

Return Policy
- The following conditions apply:
- This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must new and unused and in the original packaging.
- All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
- Mattresses ordered with beds are non-returnable.
- Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
- An RA (Return Authorization) from SpinLife must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
- Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
- If delivered by a technician and delivery slip is signed and accepted the item is unable to be returned.
