The Jay J3 cushion was designed with careful consideration for the Science of Seating. The result: A cushion that features outstanding pressure distribution, comfort, heat and moisture dissipation, and optimal stability.
What Makes This Different
The easy-to-order Jay J3 features factory filled or field variable fluid inserts which allows for increased segmentation. The flexibility of being able to customize a cushion to meet an individual's needs is key with the J3. From the abundance of cushion sizes, to the fluid pad options, the J3 can be easily designed for proper positioning.
Why We Like It
The J3 is also noted for its tension reducing materials that maintain superior comfort and pressure reduction. It is recommended for those at high risk for skin breakdown. We also like the three cover options: Choose the standard Stretch (a cover that helps to prevent the increase in pressure from surface tension), the Microclimatic (a porous cover that allows for air ventilation and moisture-wicking), or the Incontinent cover (best for those needing a cover with a moisture barrier).
What You Need to Know When Ordering
The cover provided will be the same size as the cushion ordered.

Warranty Information
Each Jay Cushion is carefully inspected and tested to provide peak performance. Every Jay Cushion is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase provided normal use. Should a defect in materials or workmanship occur within 24 months from the original date of purchase, Sunrise Medical will, at its option, repair or replace it without charge. This warranty does not apply to punctures, tears or burns, or to the cushion’s removable cover. Claims and repairs should be processed through the nearest authorized supplier. Except for express warranties made herein, all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and warranties of fitness for a particular purpose are excluded. There are not warranties, which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Remedies for breach of express warranties herein are limited to repair or replacement of the goods. In no event shall damages for breach of any warranty include any consequential damages or exceed the cost of non-conforming goods sold.
