Overview
The Metro is part of Pride's new VivaLift!® Power Recliner line. The Metro's contoured seat is designed to hug you into the chair while the overstuffed backrest gives you incredible comfort when sitting or relaxing. The split seam back creates two backrest pillows supporting the lower back as well as the head and neck. A full chaise pad with leg rest extension provides full support from knees to toes.
What Makes This Different
The contoured seat provides optimal cradling to provide a secure seating area as well as support for those who need assistance from sliding or leaning. The Metro comes standard with a footrest extension for taller users or full lower leg and foot support for average height to shorter users. Also standard are power adjustable head and lumbar pillows. The easy-to-use hand control features a USB charging port, allowing you to charge your phone or tablet in the chair without the need for cords that could tangle in the lift chair.
Why We Like It
Whether you prefer to lay flat for a nap or sit upright, the Metro can accommodate either with its lay flat infinite positioning. The power headrest and lumbar enables you to adjust the backrest to your ideal sitting position. We also love the inviting, comfortable look of the Metro.
What You Need to Know When Ordering
Unless otherwise specified, your chair is brought to the curb. If you or your loved one require assistance in bringing the chair inside the home or setting it up, you should consider our "White Glove" shipping service.
Unboxing Your Pride Lift Chair. Pride lift chairs ship wrapped in protective plastic inside a carton on a wooden pallet. Once unboxed, you’ll need to attach the back to the seat. Slide the forks on the backrest into the receivers on the base; you’ll hear it click into place. After assembly, it’s usually best to have two people lift the chair off the wooden pallet and into the home. There will be a few twist ties around the power cords and remote cable to remove.

Warranty Information
LIFETIME WARRANTY
Pride offers a lifetime warranty on the lift and recline mechanisms and chair frame. Pride warrants that
the lift and recline mechanisms and chair frame on your lift chair will be free from defects under normal use and service for as long as the chair is in use by the original owner. This lifetime warranty covers the lift and recline mechanisms against metal fatigue, defective welds, and bushings.
NOTE: Pride reserves the right to replace only the part of the lift and recline mechanism or chair frame that may be defective.
SEVEN-YEAR PRO-RATED WARRANTY
For the first four (4) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the
original purchaser any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of
Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

Transformer/Control Box
Transformer/Control Box
For three (3) additional years, a pro-rated warranty will be made available for the following parts:

Pride will warrant these components with the following pro-rated schedule:
Fifth year: 25% off suggested retail price
Sixth year: 15% off suggested retail price
Seventh year: 5% off suggested retail price
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not extend to fabric and excludes steel frame chairs.
Pride is not responsible or obligated to pay for labor, service calls, shipping, and/or any other charges
incurred for repair of the product. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting
parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your authorized
Pride provider for information on the current cost associated with a service visit.
Circumstances beyond the control of Pride
Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless
specifi cally authorized, IN ADVANCE, by Pride
Repairs and/or modifi cations made to any part without specifi c consent from Pride
Exclusions also include components with damage caused by:
Contamination
Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
Battery fl uid spillage or leakage
Commercial use or use other than normal
Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
IMPLIED WARRANTIES
Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fi tness for a particular purpose, are
limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and
all other implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential
damages under any and all warranties are excluded.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. The above limitation or exclusion may not apply to
you.
This warranty gives you specifi c rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to
state.

RETURNS
Return Policy
In-stock lift chairs are returnable however custom-built lift chairs, including but not limited to those with upgraded/custom fabrics, heat and massage, PowerPillow, footrest extension or left-hand control options are non-returnable.
- The following policy applies for STOCK LIFT CHAIRS:
- The item must be in new and unused condition. Chair cannot be unboxed.
- This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging.
- All accessories and power cords included in the lift chair’s box must be returned.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
- An RA (Return Authorization) from SpinLife must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 10 days.
- Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
- If delivered by a technician and delivery slip is signed and accepted the item is unable to be returned.
