Prides Victory 9 mid-sized scooters are popular because they are well-designed, dependable, and have the features you need at a great price! The Victory 9 feels substantial, with a sturdy build and plenty of foot room. The Victory 9 scooter includes an 18” wide by 17” deep medium back seat (pictured) that swivels 180 degrees and slides forward and back like an automobile seat . You can upgrade to Pride’s High back Captains-style seat, available in several sizes. See details under “Customize and Buy” Designed for easy transport, feather-touch disassembly makes it possible to take the Victory 9 scooter apart when traveling- the heaviest piece weighs only 48 lbs for the 3-Wheel and 59 lbs for the 4-Wheel.
What Makes This Different
Their convenient size sets the Victory 9 scooters apart. Not too big, not too small, the 3-wheel Victory 9 is nimble enough to use indoors, with only a 40.5 inch turning radius, and the 4-wheel is sturdy enough to let you travel outdoors with confidence. Full size batteries give it a 13 mile per-charge range, and the charging port is located up on the tiller for easy access.

What You Need to Know When Ordering
Curbside Delivery is free, and the freight company will call ahead for delivery. The Victory 9 scooter in a single heavy box. You may want to arrange for a friend or family member to help you to get the scooter unpacked and set up. Assembly includes putting on the seat and any accessories, and the batteries should be charged for 8 hours upon delivery
If you require extra assistance with delivery, Inside Delivery or White Glove Delivery Service is available for an extra charge, see details at right. Please note: White Glove Delivery Agents are not permitted to conduct patient training on equipment.

For the lifetime of your product from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship: Structural Frame Components, including:
•Main Frame - Fork - Seat Post - Tiller Frame
TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For two (2) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:
•Transaxle
•Brake
•Bushings
•Bearings
•Motor Brake (electronic function ONLY)
Also, electronic assemblies including:
•Electronic Controllers
•Chargers
•Harnesses
•Any Other Electrical Subassembly
SIX-MONTH WARRANTY
The battery is covered by a separate six-month warranty, provided by the battery manufacturer. The batteries are not warranted by Pride.
RECONDITIONED UNITS WARRANTY
All reconditioned units are covered by a six-month warranty from Pride effective from the date of purchase.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear.
•ABS Plastic Shrouds
•Motor Brushes
•Upholstery and Seating
•Brake Pads
•Tires and Tubes
•Fuses/Bulbs
•Circumstances beyond the control of Pride
•Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized, IN ADVANCE, by Pride Mobility Products
•Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Pride
Exclusions also include components with damage or failure caused by:
•Contamination
•Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
•Battery fluid spillage or leakage
•Use other than normal design specifications
•Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
NOTE: If there is an increase in the operational noise level in the transaxle, the warranty does not apply. An increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to abusive and excessive strain on the scooter.
NOTE: Gradual deterioration in performance because the battery has been left in a discharged state, left in cold conditions for an extended period of time, or worn out through heavy use is not covered.

Return Policy
- The following conditions apply:
- This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must new and unused and in the original packaging.
- All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
- Mattresses ordered with beds are non-returnable.
- Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
- An RA (Return Authorization) from SpinLife must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
- Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
- If delivered by a technician and delivery slip is signed and accepted the item is unable to be returned.
