The Victory 9 scooter includes an 18” wide by 17” deep medium back seat (pictured) that swivels 180 degrees, and slides forward and back like an automobile seat would. You can also upgrade to Pride’s High back Captain’s-style seat, which is available in several sizes. Feather-touch disassembly makes it possible to take the Victory 9 scooter apart when travelling- the heaviest piece weighs only 48 lbs.

What To Expect When Ordering
Curbside delivery is free. Your Victory 9 will arrive disassembled in one large, heavy box. The scooter will need to be assembled – which includes putting on the seat and any accessories. If you think you may need assistance with carrying, unpacking and assembling your new scooter, you may choose our White Glove Delivery to have it brought to your home and assembled by certified technicians.
Your new scooter purchase includes 12 months of free in-home service. You have the option to extend your service plan to 2 or 3 years for an additional charge. While you are covered by a service contract, if you experience a problem with your scooter, simply call SpinLife to arrange for a technician to come to your home for diagnosis and repair.

All reconditioned units are covered by a six-month warranty from Pride effective from the date of purchase.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear.

•Tires and Tubes
•Circumstances beyond the control of Pride
•Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized, IN ADVANCE, by Pride Mobility Products
•Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Pride
Exclusions also include components with damage or failure caused by:
•Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
•Battery fluid spillage or leakage
•Use other than normal design specifications
•Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
NOTE: If there is an increase in the operational noise level in the transaxle, the warranty does not apply. An increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to abusive and excessive strain on the scooter.
NOTE: Gradual deterioration in performance because the battery has been left in a discharged state, left in cold conditions for an extended period of time, or worn out through heavy use is not covered.
