    Overview:

    Golden Technologies’ brand new Siesta gives you infinite positioning with their shear reducing power seat.  A power head pillow allows you to bring your head to a raised while in recline.  Perfect for reading or watching TV.  You can adjust the power lumbar pillow to provide the exact level of support that gives you the ideal amount comfort you desire.  There are plenty of small details that make the Siesta a great infinite position chair.  A USB port comes standard on your remote.  The fabrics are all incredibly comfortable with contrasting stitching to really stand out making your chair blend in with the rest of your décor while also distinguishing itself as its own eye-catching piece of furniture. 

    What Makes It Different:

    Golden Technologies 2-way motor seat reduces shearing.  What this means to you is that combined with the contour seat the 2-way motor will keep you from sliding in your seat while changing the chair’s positioning.  So, you can raise and lower the feet or recline the back and you will remain in the same seated position.  No having to scoot back in the seat.  No sliding forward.  No gap between your back and the backrest of the chair.  You remain comfortable and well supported by your Siesta.

    Why We Like It:

    The details of the Siesta are what we like.  The contrasting stitching woven into luxurious fabrics in Ash or Timber is extremely attractive.  It’s a small feature, but it really adds to the visual appeal of the Siesta.  Of course, the featured power lumbar and head pillow are features everyone will love.  Being able to fine tune your position to complete comfort is the most important detail.  Even the remote has been re-modeled for your comfort.  The new remote has a softer feel for comfort and a USB port allows you to charge and use your smart phone or tablet.

    What You Need to Know When Ordering
    SpinLife’s 1 year In-Home Diagnostics, Labor and Repair contract is FREE with your purchase. For additional peace of mind, why not upgrade your In-Home service contract up to five years for an additional fee. See details at right. Your Golden Lift Chair will ship direct from the factory with Free Curbside Delivery.  The freight carrier will call ahead to arrange a delivery time. Optional Inside Delivery and White Glove Delivery are available.


    Unboxing Your Golden Lift Chair. Your Siesta will ship on a wooden pallet. You’ll need to remove the shipping carton and protective plastic wrapping from the chair. You’ll need to attach the back to the seat. There are slide rails on both sides of the back that fit into the base. There are also two wires that are easy to connect to the base. It’s usually best to have two people do the assembly as the back can be a bit unwieldy for one person to manage. After assembly, carry the chair off the wooden pallet and into the home. There will be a few twist ties around the power cords and remote cable to remove.

    Warranty Information for the Siesta PR-445 with Power Support

    CONSUMER LIMITED LIFETIME AND SEVEN YEAR WARRANTY


    GOLDEN, through its authorized distributor / service organization, warrants this chair to original consumer only, against defects in material or workmanship as follows:


    LIFETIME WARRANTY


    GOLDEN, warrants for the lifetime of the chair by the original consumer to repair or replace at their option the Lift Mechanism, Chair Frame and Recline Mechanism. Labor to replace these parts is subsidized on all models for three years. The Capri is limited to six months, The Space Saver is limited to one year, parts and labor on the lift frame, recline mechanism and wood frame.


    GOLDEN, shall not be responsible or obligated to pay for any cost or expense for examination of any warranted parts nor is Golden to pay for costs for transportation, handling and packaging of the parts or components.


    THREE YEAR PARTS WARRANTY


    GOLDEN, warrants the electrical parts of this chair against defects to original consumer only, for a period of three years from the date of original purchase by a consumer. The Monarch chair has electrical parts warranty of 2 years. The Capri and Space Saver chairs are limited to 1 year electrical parts warranty. Labor to replace these parts is subsidized for one year on all models except Capri, Monarch and Monarch Plus, which are limited to 6 months.


    GOLDEN, shall not be responsible or obligated to pay for any costs or expenses for examination of any Warranted parts nor is Golden to pay cost for transportation, handling and packaging of the parts or components.


    LIMITED WARRANTY FOURTH THROUGH SEVENTH YEAR


    During the period beginning with the expiration of the full three year parts warranty offered above and continuing through the seventh year after date of original purchase by a consumer, GOLDEN will warrant the electrical parts on the following prorated basis. Year 4 earns a 35% discount off suggested retail price. Year 5 earns a 25% discount. Year 6 a 15% discount and year 7 a 5% discount. By way of example, a part costing $100.00 that needs replacement in year 4 would cost $65.00.


    GOLDEN shall not be responsible or obligated to pay for any costs or expenses for examination and / or service of any warranted part or to pay for costs of transportation, handling and packaging of the chairs and / or parts or components. Capri, Monarch, Monarch Plus and Space Saver are excluded from this portion of the warranty.


    TERMS APPLICABLE TO WARRANTIES


    GOLDEN will, at its option, repair and / or replace the defective parts and / or components provided that the warranty parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse or improper service by the consumer, have not been damaged in transit or handling and / or have not been altered or repaired by unauthorized representatives. This warranty does not include costs for unnecessary service calls, i.e., in-home service calls solely for the purpose of educating the consumer about the product, or finding an unsatisfactory power connection, etc. Please refer to weight capacity chart at place of purchase for specifics. Exceeding the weight capacity of the chair will void the warranty.


    Jr. Petite & Small Models - 300 lbs.

    Capri - 325 lbs.

    Medium, Large & Tall Models - 375 lbs.

    Royal, Regal and Williamsburg - 375 lbs.

    Cambridge, Winston and Pioneer - 375 lbs.

    Dual Motor 26” & 28” Wide Models - 500 lbs.

    Space Saver - 250 lbs.


    In the event that the product does not conform to this warranty at any time while this warranty is in effect, Golden will correct the defect in conformity with the Consumer Limited Lifetime and Seven Year Warranty. THE LIMITED LIFETIME AND SEVEN YEAR WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS THE SOLE AND ENTIRE WARRANTY PERTAINING TO THE PRODUCT AND IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMIITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER OR PROVIDE FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT OR PAYMENT OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow this exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


    GOLDEN shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or for any other damage or loss not contained in this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. The in-home service portion of this warranty is valid in all 50 states, the Canadian Provinces, and Puerto Rico.

    SpinLife Return Policy for the Siesta PR-445 with Power Support

    Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the correct product, please refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect please call SpinLife Customer Service.

    The following policy applies for STOCK LIFT CHAIRS:

    Once accepted, the following conditions apply:

    • After 30 business days in-stock lift chairs are not returnable.
    • This item has a 15% Restocking Fee.
    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging.
    • The item must be in new condition; unused. Indications of use include, but are not limited to: Wear on the seats or armrests, or scratches to the remote.
    • All accessories and power cords included in the lift chair’s box must be returned. EX. Head rest pillows, and head cover. Accessories not included in box, those purchased separately, do not have to be returned.
    • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
    • Unfortunately, delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery and Tech Set-Up are not refundable.
       


    The following policy applies for CUSTOM BUILT CHAIRS:

    • Custom built Lift chairs, including those with upgraded fabrics, Heat and Massage, PowerPillow, Footrest Extension or Left-Hand Control options are non-returnable.

    Don't Know If You Ordered a Stock or Custom Built chair?

    Generally speaking, chairs that shipped in 1-2 days were in-stock. Chairs that took 15-30 days to build before they were shipped were custom built lift chairs.  SpinLife's Customer Service Team can help. Please call them at 1-800-850-0335, option 1.

     

    Return Process:

    • Request an RA (Return Authorization) from SpinLife within 30 days of delivery acceptance.
    • Once the RA has been issued from SpinLife, ship the item back to the address noted on the RA within 14 days.
    • Once the product is received it will be inspected for damage and signs of use. If item shows any signs of use, SpinLife is unfortunately not able to issue a refund. In the event your item is not returnable we will contact you and you can decide if you’d like it shipped back.  You will be responsible for shipping fees to get the item back to you.
    • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking fees, will be refunded to your original form of payment.
